Whoever said dressing stylishly doesn’t include sustainably?
A few big clothing brands out there are making some beautiful sustainable clothing lines right now. I suppose they’re onboard with the idea that you can have your cake and eat it too when it comes to sustainable clothing, which I absolutely love! Not only can I look great, but I can be respectful of the environment and social good at the same time. Love it.
What is Sustainable Fashion?
For a quick second, let’s look at what sustainable fashion is all about. Many people don’t think about it everyday, but the clothes you wear take alot of energy and water to make. They might have hazardous chemicals from dyes, create alot of waste and the cotton might be grown with pesticides.
Sustainable fashion tries to tackle these issues among others. They aim to make clothing using less water, less harmful dyes and with more organic material.
