I think the better part of weekends I spent as a 20-something had alot to do with a porch and some version of a mimosa (bellini, greyhound … twist it anyway you like). And the funny thing is that even though I’m into my 30s now, I still like to spend a Saturday morning on a porch, especially when its for summer brunch, maybe just without the added calories of a brunch drink.
Every girl has got to have that one easy going dress she can wear to brunch, lunch or just to lounge around in on the weekends … but a dress that also looks great. That’s why I love this tiered maxi dress. The feminine flow and lose cut is unique to find together, but this dress isn’t too dressy to lounge in. Now’s the time to embrace your summer self and be inspired for brunch, a warm weather vacation or the likes of a casual summer wedding.
Tiered Maxi Dress
This dress has a wonderful combination of the best colors. We begin with orange cream sickle on top, move on towards Georgia peach and then end with strawberry ice cream. It’s the perfect reminder of everything sweet and fun in the summer time and also fits loosely. It has got to feel great on, however it might be best suited to small-bused women, as the structure for a larger bust does not appear to be in place.
Strappy sandals are a must-have for summer. These brown leather sandals allow the vibrant colors in the dress to fully shine through, with the feet still looking stylish. This versatile sandal also goes well with jeans and skirts. The brown will match most outfits and most purse selections also.
Bird Party Tote
How fun is this item? Birds and bold colors and a well-structured interior to the tote bag, which means you can carry about just about anything and everything you want to take on your day out or brunch out. But did I not already mention – the colors are absolutely fun!
Wide Brim Hat
A good wide brim hat takes any maxi dress or outfit and gives it a bit of elegance. This particular hat is wide-brim so it will adequately cover your face and maybe even droop down slightly as to create a hint of mystery around your face, especially if you’re into over-sized shades.
